Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Because our bags are handmade, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped exclusively through USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard USPS Shipping: 2–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail (if selected at checkout): 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, package weight, destination, and selected USPS shipping service.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress through USPS.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to USPS, shipping times are subject to USPS operations. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in working with USPS to resolve the issue.
